What is sleep?

a natural temporary state of rest during which an individual becomes physically inactive and unaware of the surrounding environment and many bodily functions slow down.


What's the use of sleep?

Sleep -> Energy.

No sleep -> No energy.


How much should you sleep?

7 to 9 hours. (No.)


What happens if you don't get enough sleep?

Tired.
